Refund policy
We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) for a refund. To qualify, a return request must be submitted through our return portal within 5 days after receiving your purchase and the item(s) must be shipped back within 5 days of return acceptance. Return requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Please note: Any Returns that are shipped after 5 days of return request acceptance will not be refunded.
Final Sale: All sale items are non-returnable and considered final sale.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, folded in their original packaging, and have all original tags attached. Return authorization is required.

Customers can easily login to access their account (at our login section in the header) using the email they used to make the purchase. A one-time code will be sent to their email for login. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: John Abgin, 72-62 Main St, Flushing, NY 11367.
If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please be advised, a $10 return shipping label fee (for approved returning purchases) will be deducted from your return amount.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer online exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item, please return your order for a refund and place a new purchase once your return has been processed.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
